What do you watch?
Every new trademark application the USPTO publishes each day. We pick the ones whose name is spelled or sounds like your mark and that sit in the same Nice class, and email a report every Monday.
What can I do about a similar filing?
After examination an application is published in the Official Gazette; you then have 30 days to file an opposition or request an extension. The report gives the serial number, applicant, goods and a TSDR link so you can prepare early.
What will you miss?
We compare names, so design marks, translations and marks that are only similar in meaning can be missed. Case, spacing, letter swaps (COSRX / KOSRX) and sound-alikes (Seoul Glow / Soul Glow) are caught.
Is this legal advice?
No. It is an information service built on public data. Talk to a US trademark attorney before you act.
What happens after the free 4 weeks?
The 4th report is the last free one. To keep going it is $9 per month or $90 per year per mark; enter the same mark at checkout and reports continue the next Monday. If you do not subscribe we send nothing more.
What do you do with my data?
We store only your email and the mark details, and use them to send the reports. Nothing is sold or shared. Every email has an unsubscribe link; paid subscriptions are cancelled on the Stripe subscription page.
