US Trademark Watch is an information service that automatically picks new USPTO filings whose name is spelled or sounds like yours. It is not legal advice. Design marks, translations, meaning-based similarity and filings delayed or garbled in the data can be missed. For marks that matter, work with a US trademark attorney. SL Studio is a private business, not affiliated with the USPTO.

Data source

USPTO Open Data Portal, Trademark Full Text XML Daily Applications, through the official API. Public domain under the USPTO website terms. We do not scrape web pages. Each report links to TSDR for the official record.

Privacy

• We store your email, the mark name, number and classes, signup language and time, and your country (spam control).
• Used only for the confirmation email and weekly reports. Never sold or shared.
• Stored on Upstash (via Vercel) in the US; email is sent through Resend; payments are handled by Stripe and we never see card data.
• Delete: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to support@sl-studio.dev.
• Analytics: cookie-free page view counts (Vercel Web Analytics) only.
